What warranty comes with JellyFish lighting?
JellyFish currently publishes five-year parts coverage for eave lights and three-year parts coverage for landscape, patio, and Saber lighting, with one year of dealer labor coverage. Your written quote and warranty terms will identify coverage, conditions, and service arrangements for the products selected.
Can I control different parts of my home separately?
Yes. Dynamic zoning lets you group individual lights and control sections separately. Save patterns and schedules in the app. Remote access requires an internet-connected controller.
What happens if a light fails?
JellyFish eave-light strands include a redundant data signal designed to help lights farther along the strand continue working if one light fails. A failed light still needs service; the backup signal does not prevent every type of outage.
